The Arkansas Minority Health Commission and the Chronic Disease Center will host its Summit/forum, “Maternal Health in Arkansas: When Chronic Disease and Social Drivers Intersect” at the Venue at Westwind on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Hear from individuals and families, as well as a panel of local and national community leaders, about the impact that chronic disease and social drivers have on maternal health outcomes in minority communities in the state.

Load-in/Check-in for Vendors: Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 6:00 – 7:30 am
Upon arrival, please check in at Registration at the lobby entrance so we can show you to your vendor table. They will be located in the main lobby area/room adjacent to the ballroom.
Please load in from the front entrance via the covered parking entrance area.
When unloaded, please move your vehicle to ensure all vendors are able to unload in a timely manner due to the short time frame for setup.
NOTE: All vendors must have tables set up by 8:00 am when doors open to summit guests.
